Buying a business is a complex process that can be overwhelming for a new buyer.  CBI has worked with buyers in an advisory role to help eliminate some of this concern by educating them on the process and assisting in each major step.  CBI will work with buyers in establishing a range of values, performing due diligence, submitting an initial offer, and negotiating final terms.  We have also often assisted buyers in the development of a business plan and worked with them to secure financing for the transaction.
